Purchase of goods and services on this Website

  1. Strata levies may be paid by credit card on this Website. No other offer to purchase (for any kind of property or service, including, for the avoidance of doubt, real property) is made on this Website. The amount payable to Beaumont Strata, as trustee for the various strata plans under our management, is contained on your levy notice.
  2. You should note that there is a surcharge applicable to credit card payments.
  3. Alternate means of paying your strata levies (that do not attract a surcharge) are detailed on your levy notice.
  4. Strata levies are payable in Australian Dollars only.
  5. Your strata levies paid by credit card will be received within 48 hours [NAB – what statement should we have here?] Please ensure you pay your levies in advance of the due date to ensure that no charges for late payment are levied.
  6. No refund is available for strata levies once paid. Should you wish to discuss any error made in the payment of your levies, you will need to contact the Beaumont Strata Accounts department.

Security of Credit Card information
