Business Park expected to reach 35,000 people!

Norwest Business Park has grown to accommodate over 20,000 employees with expansion expected to increase capacity to over 35,000 employees. The increase in projected employees is due to increased site densities for new buildings.

Originally designed to accomodate mainly industrial uses, the Business Park has transformed into a highly desirable office location. This has added significant pressure on the local infastructure and this was recently recognised by a change in design of the North-West raillink to provide 2 stations within the business park.

Steve Jeffery from CastleCorp Real estate said Ï am pleased the state government has recognised the importance of servicing the needs of local business by planning a second station within Norwest. Due to the large size of the park and the separate nature of the main two commercial areas it was essential a second station was provided.
